Pricing notes:

4 hour minimum charge

$80 per hour per tech (unless otherwise specified)

$100 per hour per tech for red seal trades (plumbing, electrical)

Per tech – $1 per kilometer for round trips (from business location to customers address)

Heavy equipment (mini excavator/tractor) billed out at $120 per hour

$50 Admin fee for each invoice created

$100 per estimate for large scale jobs (building plans, construction supply list, site visits, etc). Estimate fee will be taken off invoice if customer pursues work.

Example Estimate for a client in Perth, Ontario, based on one tech at the job site:

4 Hour minimum charge – $320

40km round trip – $40

Total – $260 + HST = $406.80
